Each month there is a Speciality Pie…

This month’s specialty pie is homegrown free range Mangalista ham with leeks in a garlic, herby cheese sauce with a hint of mustard. This is encased in a homemade short crust pastry.
Also available: Artisan Mangalista Pork & Sage with Seasoning Sausage Rolls encased in a golden, crisp Puff Pastry.
Also available are regular cuts of rare breed free range Mangalista Pork and Hogget.

The Rustic Handmade Pork Pie

This Pork Pie is like no other pork pie that you will have tasted.  It is all hand chopped free range Hungarian Mangalista pork which is bred and hand reared on the free range farm.  There are three different cuts of pork within the pie which makes all the difference with regard to flavour which there is plenty of.  There are fresh herbs, seasoning with a hint of nutmeg amongst these flavourings which is then encased in a hand raised hot water crust pastry which is full of crunch.  Encased in jelly to complete this beautiful Pork Pie.
